Description

Here's my starless version of the Rosette nebula using data acquired between January 2020 and March 2022.

It's 36 hours of data so this is about as good an image as I'm going to get from this location.  Our skies are SQM 21.1,
about halfway between Greensboro and Durham, NC but a bit north and we can see the Milky Way most clear nights.

Other than filters, the acquisition and processing workflow were almost the same as for the RGB data for this target,
so I won't repeat everything here.  (See https://astrob.in/c91lbl/0/)

I used the NBColourMapper script for the initial assignment of colors to the S, H and O frames.

A star-full version of this same data has been saved as an alternate view.

Which do you prefer?!
